ANZ is offline for Direct Access

UPDATE 02/17/22: We have received notification that ANZ is no longer allowing Yodlee access to their servers as a result of the Denial of Service attack they suffered. Yodlee is still continuing to request access but to set the appropriate expectation, there’s every chance that we will not be able to support Direct Access with ANZ.

UPDATE 10/19/21: The Direct Access team is still working with ANZ to get the connection for automatic downloading restored. We recognize and apologize for the inconvenience this causes.

In the meantime, you can use Banktivity’s built-in web browser or an external browser to manually import your transactions. Here is a link to a support article that will walk you through setting that up:

We have been alerted that ANZ suffered a DDOS attack which is preventing personal finance apps from connecting. Our Direct Access team (Yodlee) is working on getting the connection restored asap. Updates will be made here as we learn more.
