iBank 4 has not been tested with OS X Yosemite. The last supported version of OS X officially supported with iBank 4 is OS X 10.9, Mavericks. We would recommend upgrading to iBank 5 when upgrading to OS X 10.10, Yosemite.

Your version of iBank 4 currently installed is an older version of iBank 4 which is not compatible with OS X 10.9 Mavericks. In this case you should update to iBank 4.7.5. You can download and install iBank 4.7.5 using the following link: http://www.iggsoft.com/ibank/iBank4_Web.dmg iBank 4.7.5 should work fine with OS X Mavericks.
