I get an error when trying to enter my license number or registration code. How can I fix this?

Please open iBank and click the “Use Demo” or “Use for 5 Minutes” button. Then go to iBank> License, click the “Enter License” button. In the “iBank Registration” window enter your license information using the license number you received with your iBank 4 purchase in the Reg Code field (pay careful attention to O’s and D’s when entering the code).  Be sure to also include IBNK and all dashes.
