My Credit Card Number Changed and My Automatic Transaction Downloads Will Not Function

To solve this issue please try the following:
1) Navigate to your account in the sidebar of the iBank document window
2) Click the little icon next to it
3) In the sheet that comes down, choose “Take Offline”
4) From the menu at the top of the screen choose, Account > Set Up Online Access
5) Choose the correct financial institution (bank) for your credit card and follow on screen instructions.
