How do I upgrade, downgrade, cancel or resubscribe?

Launch Banktivity on your Mac and go to File > Subscription > View My Subscription. In the screen that is presented you'll see options to manage your subscription.

How to Update Payment Method

There are two ways you can update the payment method for your Banktivity subscription:

#1: Within the Banktivity App

  1. Go to File > Subscription > View My Subscription
  2. In the window that appears, click on Update Payment Method:
  3. In the window that appears next, enter your new card information and choose Save card

#2: From the Banktivity ID Manager Site

  1. Open a browser window, and go to this site: id.banktivity.com/id/
  2. Enter your Banktivity ID login and password.
  3. After logging in, click on the tab for Billing in the top left corner:
  4. On the next screen, click on the word Manage:
  5. Then, on the next screen, click on Update Credit Card:
  6. The next page will ask you to enter your new credit card information and click Save card:
