Direct Access failing for USAA

10/21/2022: Yodlee is continuing to work directly with USAA on the connection issues.

10/14/2022: We are still aggressively working on the Direct Access issues that are affecting our customers. We understand that USAA has not worked well for many months for some number of customers; Yodlee is working directly with USAA to get these issues resolved.

9/26/2022: We have been alerted by Yodlee that a small number of users may not be getting new transactions on refresh. There is also an issue where the login screen appears but the user’s login credentials are failing.

Yodlee is working on these issues on priority. We will update this article as we learn more. Sorry for the inconvenience we know this is causing.
