Capital One 360 recently discontinued support for Direct Download/Bill Pay via OFX. We would recommend updating Capital One 360 accounts using one of the other available download options in Banktivity – Direct Access or Manual/Web Download.
To change an account from OFX to Direct Access you would need to disable and re-enable downloading for your account in Banktivity. You can use the following steps:
- Double-Click on the account name for the account.
- Click “Check Status” followed by “Take Offline” (if the account is already offline, skip to the next step)
- Go to Account> Configure Automatic Downloads
- Follow on screen prompts to set up your account.
