As of April 20th, 2023. Our aggregator, Salt Edge, is seeing a significant number of errors end-users are facing with their Rabobank connections. As a result, Salt Edge is making some changes that will resolve the errors. The changes will require users to reconnect their connections to Rabobank.
Users will need to disable andy Direct Access connection they have for Rabobank accounts and then set up Direct Access again using the updated site. This can be done by double-clicking on the account name in the sidebar in Banktivity, then click on “Check Status” then “Take offline”. Once offline, double-click on the account name again and choose Configure Connection and follow the prompts.
