Yodlee has restored connectivity to the direct access service. If you are still unable to connect or refresh your accounts, please check to see if your bank is on the list of known direct access connection issues.

We are aware of an issue with direct access not working and are investigating with our provider (Yodlee). We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing. We will post an update to this support article when we have more information.
